Shon Whitney is the President of LoveBiome and one of its Founders.

Shon is responsible for all aspects of the business, with a focus on business development.

Before helping to found LoveBiome, Shon spent over 30 years in sales and marketing with over 20 of those years in the direct selling industry working for Morinda, Inc. (Tahitian Noni International). Shon spent much of his time helping to develop business in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea and North America as the General Manger. He later took on the role of Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing and later President of International Markets.

Shon believes LoveBiome is an exciting opportunity to take the best of what he has learned in the industry to the next level. Shon hopes to use culture, people and products that matter to help millions around the world live better, healthier, and richer lives.

Shon has two degrees from Brigham Young University: A bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies with a minor in Chinese, and a master’s degree in business administration. Shon is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Shon and his wife Shelly have six children and six grandchildren.

Cody Day is a founder of LoveBiome and the chief operating officer.

As a founder, Cody is dedicated to helping others succeed. Cody has spent the past 25 years as an executive and consultant, managing all aspects of growing companies. 

Cody has been instrumental in helping start-ups and multi-million dollar companies expand internationally and achieve record growth. Prior to LoveBiome, Cody was an executive at a multi-million-dollar company and guided them to significant growth while helping the company expand into numerous international markets.

Cody loves collaborating with field leaders to help drive growth in their individual businesses, which ultimately means a positive impact in the lives of thousands of people. In his career, he has been blessed to visit, work and live in amazing places and work with incredible people, including 10 years in Asia.

Cody is grateful to be part of the incredible LoveBiome opportunity: a movement focused on sharing earth’s best discoveries lead by a dynamic and experienced team of entrepreneurs. Cody believes LoveBiome is a visionary collection of women and men that have integrity and are committed to making a difference, serving others and helping them become the best versions of themselves.

Cody is married with 4 children and has a passion for sports.  When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family and attending sporting events, especially his children’s sports teams.

Joy Yen is a co-founder of LoveBiome, and the president of Asia markets.

Joy is thrilled to represent LoveBiome in Asia because she feels it will provide much opportunity to help people find solutions for their wellbeing as well as their financial freedom.

Before joining LoveBiome, Joy had been working for Morinda, Inc. (Tahitian Noni International) as a Senior Director of North Asia markets for over 15 years. Joy has spent 23 years in the network marketing industry, and has found it truly inspiring to be able to work with strong and passionate leaders who are trying to find their own places in the industry.

Joy is excited to work with a group of talented, trustworthy team members with integrity at LoveBiome. They all share the same vision, passion and goal, which is to provide the earth’s best ingredients/products to the people of the world, and also create a long-lasting business opportunity that people can build and pass on to generations.

Joy has a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and a master’s degree in Human Resources.

David Garcia is a Co-Founder of LoveBiome and the president of the Americas.

In this role, David oversees all markets in North, Central and South America for LoveBiome, working to orchestrate and accelerate the company’s growth in these regions.

Prior to joining LoveBiome, David served in various executive positions at various companies for more than 25 years, helping companies to expand their opportunity to other countries and cultures. David has a unique ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and is passionate about creating and implementing programs that empower individuals to grow and progress in life.

David practices an active lifestyle, and he is convinced that a good health is based on good principles, not remedies.

He enjoys working with people, building teams, learning from field leaders, and helping people to discover and achieve their dreams and goals. David encourages everyone to work together, finding strength in our differences. He is a strong believer in this company’s mission and purpose for the world: “LoveBiome!”

David has a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and Animal Science from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico.

Bengt is a co-founder of LoveBiome and the President of the Europe region.

With almost 23 years of experience in the industry Bengt has held several positions, including Compliance Manager, Marketing & Communications Manager, General Manager, and Vice President of Sales.

Bengt is very excited to have the opportunity to build LoveBiome in Europe.
He loves to be with the field, sharing his experiences and knowledge to support growth and expansion. He has a strong vision of LoveBiome and its mission.

Through his work he has relocated to both Germany and the Netherlands. He is fluent in English, German and Swedish. He is also a petrol head, with a passion for cars and motorcycles.

Bengt holds a bachelor’s in law from University of Stockholm.

Bengt and his wife Ann-Sofie have 4 children.

Adam Olsen is a co-founder of LoveBiome and the chief marketing officer.

As a member of the LoveBiome executive team, Adam also makes meaningful contributions to company strategy and culture.

Before devoting his full attention to LoveBiome, Adam and his wife ran a small marketing firm which offered essential marketing services to small businesses across multiple disciplines and industries. As a small business owner himself, Adam found working with other small business owners to be a special thrill, connecting them with customers through social media, email, e-commerce, customer resource management and more.

Adam is passionate about communications and believes in the power of the written and spoken word. He honed these skills as a key member of the management team at Morinda, Inc. (Tahitian Noni International) for nearly 15 years.

The thing that excites Adam the most about LoveBiome is the opportunity to work with good, trustworthy, ethical men and women to build a cause-driven, product-first company that puts the wellbeing of its families, customers and distributors ahead of profit.

Adam has two degrees from Brigham Young University: A bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations, and a master’s degree in business administration.

Amber Knudsen is a Co-Founder and Vice President of People and Customer Experience at LoveBiome.

Amber began working in the direct selling industry in 2002 at Morinda, Inc. (Tahitian Noni International) where she gained 14 years experience working in various HR, Legal and Executive Administration roles. She spent 10 of those 14 years working side by side the President and CMO.

Amber is passionate about the LoveBiome opportunity because of the exciting products and the opportunity it will give people all over the world to improve their lives and their health. She is thrilled about the chance to work with many of her previous colleagues and friends who share the same values and passion for healthy products. She is passionate about pursuing products that promote a healthy lifestyle based on her own personal experiences with wellness by relying on the simplicity of what nature has to offer. 

Amber has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Utah Valley University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She and her husband have two kids.

Kenny Knudsen is a Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of LoveBiome.

After graduating in finance and spending a brief stint in the financial services industry, Kenny began a career in direct sales in 1999. Working in the commissions department for Morinda, Inc. (Tahitian Noni International), he gained experience and knowledge about many aspects of the business. He appreciates the way this industry allows amazing products to be brought to market that benefit the health and wellbeing of so many people.

During his 20+ years in the industry, Kenny was responsible for managing all aspects of commissions and reporting as well as autoship, returns, and customer service. While managing the company’s largest budget by paying accurate and timely commissions in over 70 international markets, he gained extensive experience in evaluation and analysis of many different compensation plans and types. He helped maintain internal controls while transitioning to a public company setting. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that gives him the ability to provide critical and strategic thinking that make him the ideal candidate for this role as he helps drive sustainable growth.

Kenny has a BS in Finance and Business Management from Brigham Young University. He and his wife, Amber, have two children.
